EDUCATIONAL

Since 1974, Trisha has worked with special needs students and their families within school settings in a number of capacities: special education teacher, special education administrator, mediator, facilitator, trainer and consultant.  In 1990, Trisha began independently offering customized services to clients by assessing their individual needs, suggesting service options and then delivering guidance and support  to successfully address their current challenges, resulting in creative solutions.
 

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)

In 1993, Trisha completed her 40-hour basic mediation training in Texas and has since provided hundreds of mediations dealing with special education, challenging family situations, employment discrimination and other workplace  issues, and community concerns.
